2025-2026
Program of Work
Each year, the SkillsUSA Tennessee State Officer Team develops a Program of Work that outlines their goals, initiatives, and focus areas for the school year. This student-driven plan serves as a roadmap for how the state officer team will engage members, promote leadership, and support the mission of SkillsUSA across the state.
Membership Development & Engagement
Membership Growth Initiatives: Develop and promote accessible resources and tools to introduce new and returning members to SkillsUSA and encourage chapter engagement statewide.
Awareness Campaigns: Use social media to highlight the full range of competition opportunities, especially leadership events open to all students, to boost visibility and increase inclusive participation.
Innovative Programs
Conference Innovation: Design and implement new event experiences at the State Leadership & Skills Conference (SLSC) that foster excitement, involvement, and a strong sense of community among all attendees.
Conference Communications: Promote the conference app through videos and demonstrations to help members confidently navigate the conference and access essential resources like maps and schedules.
Delegate Experience: Refine the SLSC voting delegate experience through clearer processes and added incentives to encourage meaningful chapter representation and participation.
